My favorite recipe for delicious thin pancakes. They can cook at home on yogurt, kefir, fresh milk – everything anything. Pancakes are a little sweet, so you can eat them with any filling. In the original recipe there is soda, you can to do without it.

- You can cook pancake dough where it’s more convenient for you. Can manually beat with a whisk, you can use a blender.
- Combine flour with sugar and salt. Flour can be pre sift. Redeem soda and add (optional). Shuffle everything.
- Drive eggs (see for yourself if eggs are large, may be enough and two). Shuffle.
- Add milk in a thin stream, whisk.
- Add 2 tbsp. oil (olive / vegetable), mix. The dough should be consistency like liquid sour cream.
- Bake in a frying pan or crepe maker.
