  1. Chicken fillet cut into portioned layers and grate with spices. Turmeric is ideal for this.

  2. Rub the garlic on a fine grater and add to the bowl with the fillet. Mix thoroughly again.

  3. Cook the batter. To do this, mix mayonnaise and flour.

  4. Chop the greens finely and add to the batter. Dip the fillet in lower the batter and spoon into a hot pan with sufficient amount of oil.

  5. Fry slices for 5-7 minutes on each side. After blot with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
