These delicious chebureks from cottage cheese dough are prepared with meat stuffing. You can take any stuffing (better, of course, do it yourself from chilled meat). The tastiest homemade pasties are obtained from mixed minced meat. And this time we will not use cottage cheese for the filling, and for the preparation of home tender dough.

  1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Pour in flour. Knead well elastic dough.
  2. Chop onions very finely.
  3. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Knead well with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onions. Good mix.
  4. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut circles using a special mold or glass with thin edges.
  5. Put the filling on the center of each circle. Pinch carefully edges of chebureks.
  6. Heat a vegetable oil in a large pan. Fry pasties on both sides to a golden color.
