Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. Tapioca Pearls (Cassava Sago)
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 6 bags of jasmine tea (or green tea with jasmine)
- 0.5 tbsp. sweet condensed milk

Recipe preparation:
- Mix sugar and 1 tbsp. water in a small pan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large saucepan over high heat, bring 8 tbsp to a boil. water. Add tapioca balls, bring to a boil again and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Turn off the fire, cover and leave the balls in water for another 15 minutes. Drain and rinse cold water. Fold in a container with ready-made chilled syrup and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- Put 6 tea bags in a heat-resistant container and add 4 Art. boiling water. Let stand for 20 minutes. Pull and throw it away sachets. Let the tea cool and refrigerate.
- Before serving, put 0.5 tbsp. tapioca to the bottom of the glass, good mix with condensed milk. Pour in tea and serve with a large a straw.
