Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. Tapioca Pearls (Cassava Sago)
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 6 bags of jasmine tea (or green tea with jasmine)
  • 0.5 tbsp. sweet condensed milk

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix sugar and 1 tbsp. water in a small pan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a large saucepan over high heat, bring 8 tbsp to a boil. water. Add tapioca balls, bring to a boil again and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Turn off the fire, cover and leave the balls in water for another 15 minutes. Drain and rinse cold water. Fold in a container with ready-made chilled syrup and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  3. Put 6 tea bags in a heat-resistant container and add 4 Art. boiling water. Let stand for 20 minutes. Pull and throw it away sachets. Let the tea cool and refrigerate.
  4. Before serving, put 0.5 tbsp. tapioca to the bottom of the glass, good mix with condensed milk. Pour in tea and serve with a large a straw.
