1. Black and red caviar are perfectly combined in color and taste complementing each other.

2. Put small pieces on the bottom of the finished mini tartlets butter. Add a small amount on one side black caviar, on the other hand red caviar (larger in volume). It should turn out up to 15 tartlets.
