  1. Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Chop the onion into a small cube. Chop the carrots through a fine grater.
  2. Wash greens, dry on a paper towel, finely chop it up.
  3. We begin to prepare liver mousse. In vegetable oil slightly fry the onions, add carrots to it, continue to fry for a short time, lay out the liver, fry for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Put the cooled liver in a blender, pour cream, puree.
  5. Put the liver in a bowl, mix with chopped herbs, taste salt and pepper.
  6. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into two halves. Boiled hard-boiled quail eggs are also divided into two parts.
  7. Using a pastry syringe, lay the liver mousse in tartlets.
  8. Place halves of cherry and eggs on the mousse.
  9. Garnish with green onion arrows.
