My variation of Tartar sauce is on a mayonnaise basis. But mayonnaise also cooked at home! Incredibly delicious. Great for meat, fish, sandwiches and pasta.

- Making mayonnaise. Break 1 egg into a blender. Whisk submersible a blender for a few seconds.
- Gradually, in a thin stream, little by little (you can take a couple of drops) add vegetable oil and continue whisking. Weight should be emulsified, that is, whiten. We slowly pour in everything butter. The more oil, the denser and thicker the mayonnaise will be. I have there was little oil, and the egg was rustic – therefore the basis for tartar turned yellow and sparse.
- Add all the other ingredients, whisk everything together. Done!
