  1. Add sugar to boiling water, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Add star anise stars and cinnamon sticks. Leave the syrup on slow fire until it thickens. It only takes 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off the fire. In syrup, peeled tangerines, leave them for several hours. Turn over sometimes fruits so that they are well saturated with syrup.
