A summer and lighter version of a Mexican taco dish that traditionally composed of tortilla stuffed with grilled meat, vegetables and spicy salsa sauce. Replace flour cake with lettuce leaves, and prepare salsa from a fruit and vegetable mixture. Crispy, juicy watermelon, vegetables and salad will give the fried meat a summer unusual вкус. Pork
- 2 pork tenderloins (approx. 900 gr.), Connecting films remove, cut into pieces of 2.5 cm.
- 1 tbsp. l onion powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. l ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. l chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp. l seeds of serrano peeled and shredded
- 2 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l oyster sauce
- 0.5 tsp dark sesame oil
Salsa sauce
- 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. watermelon, cut into small cubes of 0.5 cm.
- 1/4 seedless cucumber, diced at 0.5 cm.
- 1 avocado, peeled from bone and peel, diced into 0.5 cm
- 4 large strong leaves of Romano salad, from the middle of the head, sliced 10 cm long. (in shape should resemble shells)

Recipe preparation:
- Mix all ingredients for pork and place in a sealed package. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile cook salsa. In a medium-sized bowl, mix rice vinegar, olive butter, soy sauce and sesame oil. Put the cubes in the mixture watermelon, cucumber and avocado, gently mix and place in fridge.
- Light the grill to medium heat. Get the pork out marinade, pat dry with a paper towel and fry for 2 minutes on the one hand. Then turn over and fry another 1 minute. Let the meat stand for 3 minutes and slice it into pieces 1 – 1.5 cm.
- Fill the boats with pieces of meat, lay salsa on top and fly on!
