Tacos in crispy seaweed

Smoked Salmon and Spicy Avocado Puree Japanese Appetizer served on a plate of baked seaweed chips, which can be found in Asian snack departments or online stores. Sprinkle the appetizer with soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped rice crunch crackers and fresh green onions, roll in half, as such, and enjoy without worrying about extra calories. Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 60 gr smoked salmon, cut into 4 equal pieces
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Half a small avocado
  • A large pinch of citimi togarashi seasoning (7 flavors of pepper Chile)
  • 4 plates of seaweed chips
  • 1 tsp lightly salted soy sauce
  • 1 sesame rice cracker, broken into large pieces
  • 1 feather green onion, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mash an avocado with lemon juice and sitimi-toharashi (a mixture of peppers can be replaced with ground cayenne pepper) until coarse paste is obtained.
  2. Put 1 piece of salmon on each seaweed sheet. Spread avocado puree evenly on top. Then sprinkle each a serving of soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped rice cracker and green onions. Fold in half and eat.
