For tacos:
- 900 gr. fillet of sea bass without skin (or other white fish with strong pulp)
- 2 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil for frying
- 8 wheat tortillas with a diameter of 20 cm.
- 1 peeled cucumber peeled and cut from large seeds pieces of 1.5 cm.
- 2 tbsp. arugula leaves
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro
- Zest of 2 oranges
- Lime wedges for serving
For tartar sauce:
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1-2 finely chopped chipotle peppers in seedless adobo sauce
- 0.75 Art. mayonnaise
- 1 chopped green onion, only white and green parts
- 1 tbsp. l fresh lime juice
- Salt

Recipe preparation:
- Combine all the ingredients for the tartar sauce in a small bowl, add salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate while it is will not need. Rinse fish under cold water and blot dry with a paper towel.
