Taco Bar – a detailed recipe for cooking. Share with friends: Photo Taco Bar Time: 34 minutes Complexity: easy Quantity: 10 tacos Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Turkey Taco Stuffing

  • 500 gr. minced turkey
  • 1 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 chopped jalapenos in adobo sauce
  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l chili powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. water

Pork and pepper filling

  • 500 gr. minced pork
  • 1 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
  • A bit of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper peas
  • 1/2 tbsp. water

Tacos

  • 10 very thin flatbread cakes
  • 2 heads of romano lettuce, tear
  • 6 green onion feathers, cut
  • Red plum tomatoes
  • Salsa sauce
  • Fresh pico de gaio salsa, recipe follows

Pico de gaio

  • 3 yellow grape tomatoes, diced
  • 2 small jalapenos, seedless and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. l shredded cilantro leaves
  • Coarse salt
  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.

Recipes with similar ingredients: tortilla, minced turkey, minced pork, cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, plum tomatoes, tomatoes grape, pico de gallo sauce, salsa sauce, chili seasoning, cumin, black pepper, sweet pepper, jalapeno pepper, cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. Stuffing for tacos with turkey: In a small pan, preheated over medium heat, add oil and meat turkeys. Fry meat for 2 or 3 minutes, then add onion and garlic. Cook onions and meat together for another 3-5 minutes. Mix with chili powder and tomato sauce. Season with salt to your taste. Add 1/2 tbsp. water to the filling. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until ready. Stuffing with pork and peppers: Heat the pan small on medium heat; add oil. Add pork and fry until brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and seasoning; salt it. Reduce the heat and cook stuffing another 5 minutes. Add water to the filling. Reduce the fire to minimum to keep warm.
  2. To collect tacos, distribute the cakes among the servings, start topping options. Serve the fillings in pans in which they were cooked. Garnish rice with beans for garnish.
