Tabule salad

Taboule Salad is a popular oriental appetizer hailing from Lebanon. Two The main ingredients of the tabula – parsley and bulgur – are mixed with finely chopped vegetables, most often tomatoes, onions and mint, and seasoned with oil, lemon or lime juice. Parsley in front of the application must be carefully cut off from the stems so that the salad only finely chopped leaves went. The arabic word tabule itself can be translated as “seasoning” or “dip.” Tabula usually impose on large lettuce leaves or on a wheat cake and eat. Photo Salad Tabule Time: 25 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/3 Art. bulgur
  • 8 tbsp. parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint (preferably spiky)
  • 3 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Iranian cucumbers with peels finely chopped
  • 1/4 Art. chopped celery leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped, remove seeds
  • 4 radishes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/3 Art. olive oil

Recipe:
