  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 0.5 tbsp. milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 0.25 Art. honey
  • 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l mustard
  • You will need: 12 sticks for root dogs 15 cm.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and put in a muffin mold on 12 pieces of paper cupcake molds. Cut 3.5 cm each sides of the sausage and set aside. Cut the remaining middle and also set aside. In a large bowl, mix the flour, corn flour, baking powder, 1 tsp. dry mustard, salt and cayenne pepper. ВIn a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, butter, and honey until smooth. Beat the liquid mixture with dry and mix the chopped sausages. Pour the dough into prepared molds, filling each about three quarters.
  2. Put the laid pieces of sausages on sticks and stick in the center cupcakes, slightly tilted. Bake until cupcakes become golden brown on top and slightly resilient, about 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the form, then remove from it to allow to cool finally. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and the remaining 0.5 tsp dry mustard.
