In a pan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Creamy oils. Add 1 thinly chopped onion vidalia and red onion. Cook, stirring, for 15 minutes until soft. Add 1/4 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste and warm 2-3 minutes. Add 3 crushed feathers of green onions.
