Let’s cook stuffed eggs with fish filling at home, namely – fillet of salted red fish, pink salmon.

  1. Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel, cut lengthwise into two parts. Separate the yolks, chop.
  2. Chopped salted fish fillet with a knife.
  3. Wash greens, dry with paper towels, chop.
  4. For the filling, combine chopped fish, greens, in a bowl, the yolks. Season with mayonnaise, mix well.
  5. Stuff the egg halves with the mixture.
  6. When serving, lay the stuffed eggs in a dish, using pastry syringe to arrange a mesh of mayonnaise, decorate greens.
