- Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel, cut lengthwise into two parts. Separate the yolks, chop.
- Chopped salted fish fillet with a knife.
- Wash greens, dry with paper towels, chop.
- For the filling, combine chopped fish, greens, in a bowl, the yolks. Season with mayonnaise, mix well.
- Stuff the egg halves with the mixture.
- When serving, lay the stuffed eggs in a dish, using pastry syringe to arrange a mesh of mayonnaise, decorate greens.
