  1. Boil the eggs, cut along and separate the yolks.

  2. Mix them with grated cheese, green onions and mayonnaise. Add the filling to the halves of the proteins.

  3. Cut ham into slices.

  4. Chop lettuce so that it matches the size of ham.

  5. Spread lettuce, egg, filling on a circle of ham way down. Fasten the edges of the ham with a skewer as shown in the photo.
