Ingredients for the recipe:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half and get yolks
- 1.5 tbsp. l mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 1 tbsp. l barbecue sauce (see recipes for barbecue sauces. here)
- Chopped green onion
- Ground paprika

Recipe preparation:
- Grind the yolks into a paste, mix with mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce and barbecue sauce, add salt and pepper over to taste.
