- On the eve of making pancakes, prepare a cream: mix in in a stewpan or saucepan condensed and ordinary milk, put on medium fire.
- Mix the yolk with cocoa and starch, dilute 1-2 tbsp. milk and rub.
- When the milk begins to boil, pour the mixture with cocoa and starch, cook until thick, stirring constantly (about minutes ten). After adding finely chopped chocolate, mix. Cooling down.

- Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add 2 tbsp. l sour cream and whisk again.
- Gradually add 500 ml of milk and 200 g of flour, well mix with a mixer at low speed. In the end add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix with a spatula.
- Pour one third of the pancake dough into a separate dish, add cocoa and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate dough into a pastry pencil, or saucepan with a thin nose.
- We heat the pan and pour white dough, the pancake should not too thin and not too thick. Top spiral center pour the chocolate dough. We bake pancakes on both sides.
- Put the finished pancake on a plate with the spiral down, on top put a tablespoon of filling. Roll the pancake with a straw.
