- Boiled green beans in boiling slightly salted water 2 minutes.
- Peel and chop the garlic (can be passed through press).
- Wash and chop the tomatoes not very finely.
- Rinse boiled beans in cold water so that it does not continued to cook at its own temperature, the pods should stay crispy.
- Mix beans, tomatoes, garlic (I mix directly on the board, it’s more comfortable for me). Add balsamic (you can apple or ordinary table 7-9%) vinegar, salt, black pepper (required), better from the mill, vegetable oil (with olive tastier).
- You can serve immediately, you can let the aromas soak for about half an hour – it will be even tastier. Enjoy your meal!
