  1. Boiled green beans in boiling slightly salted water 2 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic (can be passed through press).
  3. Wash and chop the tomatoes not very finely.
  4. Rinse boiled beans in cold water so that it does not continued to cook at its own temperature, the pods should stay crispy.
  5. Mix beans, tomatoes, garlic (I mix directly on the board, it’s more comfortable for me). Add balsamic (you can apple or ordinary table 7-9%) vinegar, salt, black pepper (required), better from the mill, vegetable oil (with olive tastier).
  6. You can serve immediately, you can let the aromas soak for about half an hour – it will be even tastier. Enjoy your meal!
