- Olive oil

- 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Large pinch of ground cardamom
- Big pinch Chat Masala
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 – 2 sprigs of fresh mint (thinly chop leaves)
- A small handful of fresh cilantro (leaves and soft stems roughly tear in small pieces)

Recipe preparation:
- Place a large cast-iron frying pan in a moderately high heat. and warm it until it starts to child. Rub the ears of corn olive oil, then gently place in a pan. Cook until they fry until black spots appear throughout surface and golden brown, 20-25 min., turning over every 5 min. Remove from heat and let cool.
