- In a pot of boiling water we add sugar, turn down the heat until moderate.
- Pour cranberries into the pan.
- Cut the apples into about 6-8 parts, peel them from the cores and also add to the pan.
- We cook our compote on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the stove, cool well and serve.
