  1. To make zucchini caviar, you need zucchini or several zucchini, carrots, onions, salt and pepper. Peel off zucchini, cut it into slices of medium size, lay in pan with a little water and set on fire. Stew until transparency, on average 40-50 minutes.
  2. While zucchini stews, grind onions and carrots with a blender. We heat the pan, pour the sunflower oil, spread the onion with carrots and fry for 20 minutes.
  3. Put fried onions and carrots in a pot with stew zucchini. Add salt and ground pepper. Hand blender grind the contents with a nozzle to a homogeneous mass.
  4. The resulting squash caviar is laid out in sterile jars and roll up. Store in a cool and dark place until the next. the crop.
