Spring rolls with fresh vegetables and two dip sauces

Fresh vegetables like Peking cabbage, carrots, chives, bell peppers, bean sprouts, greens and fried shiitake mushrooms for satiety, wrapped in the finest rice paper in small very thick rolls that laid out on a serving platter. Spring rolls

  • 1 tbsp. Shredded Peking Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. grated carrots
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 6 large shiitake mushrooms, fried and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. bean sprouts
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 8 very thin sheets for spring rolls measuring 20×20 cm.

Garlic Soya Dip Sauce

  • 0.5 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 Art. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l peanut butter
  • 1 tsp spicy sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Pinch of sugar

Spicy Peanut Dip Sauce

  • 2 tbsp. l finely chopped garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l hot chili oil
  • 0.5 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine all the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and black pepper over to taste. Lay the spring roll sheets on a flat surface one of the corners to yourself.
