  1. We wash the eggs with a sponge, boil for 9-10 minutes, cool, peel and cut in half.

  2. Carefully remove the yolk from the prepared halves, sent to a bowl and chopped with a fork.

  3. Put the frozen spinach in oil, fry on medium stirring until liquid has evaporated and add sour cream. Salt, stir the spinach, remove from heat and cool.

  4. Grind spinach with sour cream with a knife. Add the mayonnaise to the yolks, chopped spinach and mix. We try on salt.

  5. Fill half the eggs with the prepared green mixture. put on a plate, decorate with tomato, herbs and serve on table.
