  1. Peel the tomatoes, for this, put them in boiling water, and then immediately into cold water.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into halves (if they are small) or into 4 parts, pour a glass of water, add chopped onions to the tomatoes, set the mixture on fire and bring to a boil. Spicy tomato paste
  3. Cook the mass for about 15 minutes and pass it through a sieve.
  4. We heat vinegar, add black pepper, juniper, hot pepper and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a boil, cool and pour over to the tomatoes.
  5. Boil the pasta several times, adding sugar, mustard and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Immediately pour the finished paste into sterilized jars and send them under a warm blanket (until the paste is completely cool down).
