- We carefully wash the grapes under running water, separate grape berries from twigs. We wash the blackberries too.
- We pour all the ingredients for the compote into the multicooker bowl and fill them with cold water (do not forget to add spices).
- We put the slow cooker on the “Soup” mode, cook the compote for 15 minutes.
- We leave the compote to insist in the “Heating” mode for another 10 minutes.
- We filter the finished compote with spices through a sieve and cool.
