Spicy Chicken Wafers

The slightly beaten chicken breasts make excellent waffles with crisp. They can also be fried in a waffle iron, just like dough. It will turn out not only tasty, but also interesting. Can serve as a fun snack or main course in a sophisticated performance. The breasts beaten to the same thickness are rubbed with a mixture of spices, including contrasting tastes of brown sugar and cayenne pepper, and fry at maximum temperature.   • 4 chicken breasts without bones and skin (approximately 200 gr. each)
  • 1.5 tsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Art. maple syrup
  • 5 tsp cider vinegar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the waffle iron to maximum temperature. Mix in a small bowl of brown sugar, paprika, coriander, mustard, onion and garlic powder, cayenne pepper, 1.5 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Set aside 0.5 tsp. spice mixtures for syrup.
  2. Cut each breast in half. Lightly repel more thick pieces between 2 sheets of flat plastic film side of the meat hammer or heavy pan so that they are same thickness as other parts. Mix chicken with vegetable oil, then grate with a mixture of spices.
  3. Grease the waffle iron with vegetable oil. Put a larger piece of chicken in the center of each back section of the round waffle irons and smaller pieces in the front sections. Press the lid to flatten the chicken and fry, periodically pressing the lid, until the chicken is fried, 3-5 minutes. Put on the dish and repeat the same with the remaining breasts.
