- 1/3 Art. mayonnaise
- 1/3 Art. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. l chopped dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tbsp. yogurt
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, sorted into inflorescences 4 cm in size.
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 3/4 Art. hot sauce
- For serving: carrot sticks, celery stalks, strips sweet pepper and cucumber slices

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 230 ° C; set the grilles at the top and lower third of the oven. Cover two baking sheets with parchment.
- Dip sauce: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream and vinegar until smooth. Add chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt and some pepper; mix everything. Cover and place in refrigerator while cooking cauliflower.
- Cauliflower: In a large bowl, whisk the flour, paprika, garlic powder and 1 tsp. salt. In a measuring glass with mix yogurt and 0.5 tbsp. water. Stir the mixture out yogurt in flour and knead a uniform thick dough.
- Add the cauliflower to the dough and mix well. Transfer the cauliflower to the prepared baking sheets by flicking excess dough back to the bowl. Place inflorescences on baking sheets so that they do not touch each other. Bake until the dough does not bake, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter, adding hot sauce. After 15 minutes of baking cauliflower, pour half of the mixture of hot sauce, then turn over the inflorescences and pour over the remaining mixture.
- Set the oven to grill mode. Fry the cauliflower, until it becomes tender and crisp, 2-3 minutes. Cool a little before serving with sauce. Lay out near carrot sticks, celery stalks, strips of sweet pepper and sliced cucumber.
