- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 diced onion head
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp mashed garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 Art. raisins
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 Art. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water

Recipe preparation:
- Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Remove core and chop coarsely. Heat in a large saucepan over high heat. butter.
