Spiced popcorn with nuts, herbs and dried cranberries

Cook special popcorn that you can’t even meet at the cinema, mixed in a bowl many different goodies: popcorn, pecans, dried cranberries, greens, crispy sage, apple chips and spice everything butter. You get a very interesting mixture of tastes, but you You can also make popcorn by adding ingredients to your taste, other types of nuts or dried fruits. Share with friends: Photo Spiced popcorn with nuts, herbs and dried cranberriesTime: 20 minutes The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 0.5 tbsp. corn for popcorn
  • 6 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
  • 2 tsp seasoning for chicken
  • 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp. crushed apple chips
  • 1.5 tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 1/4 Art. finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped thyme

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour 3 tbsp into a large pot or cauldron l vegetable butter, drop some corn kernels and heat on medium fire until one of the grains bursts. Then sprinkle the remaining close the lid tightly and fry, shaking occasionally pan until the pops stop, 3-5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small frying pan over moderate heat heat the remaining 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Add half sage leaves and fry until they become crispy, about 3 seconds, then transfer the slotted spoon to paper towels. Salt and fry the remaining sage in the same way.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. and mix in seasoning for the bird. In a large bowl, mix popcorn, pecans, apple chips, dried cranberries, parsley, rosemary and thyme. Pour spiced butter, salt and mix. Sprinkle crunchy sage on top.
