Spaghetti toastados – a detailed recipe cooking. Time: 40 мин. Difficulty: Easy Servings: 4 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 spaghetti pumpkin, cut in half and peeled
- 425 gr. black bean
- 600 ml cut cherry tomatoes in half
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and also optionally for deep fat
- 2.5 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chili powder with smoked chilli chipotle
- 1 large red onion, cut into slices (wedges) 1.25 cm thick.
- 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
- 8 wheat tortilla cakes (corn tortilla recipe, wheat tortilla recipe)
- Fresh cilantro for sprinkling
- Lime wedges for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, 2 tsp. chili powder, chili powder with pepper chipotle, 1 tsp. salt and a pinch of black pepper. Add mix tomatoes and red onions. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until soft, mixing at the same time once.
- In the meantime, put the pumpkin upside down in a bowl for microwave, add 1/2 tbsp. water, cover and cook in the microwave until soft for 10-15 minutes. Cool and scrape the pulp with a fork, put the pulp of a pumpkin in a bowl. Add baked vegetables and mix.
- In a medium frying pan over medium heat, heat 1 remaining tbsp. l vegetable oil and 1/2 tsp chili powder. Add the beans and mash with a fork. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, approximately 5 minutes before thickening. (Add some water if the mixture will become too thick.)
- Pour 1.25 cm of vegetable oil into a separate pan and heat over medium-high heat. Fry each cake in for 2 minutes until they become crispy. Put the beans on flat cakes, top with vegetables, sour cream and cilantro. Serve with slices of lime.
