- Take a blender with a capacity of 2 liters. Pour milk into it, add fructose to taste (it is about 1.8 times sweeter than sugar) whisk for one minute.
- Add soy yogurt, ice cream and fruits to the mixture, mix everything for three minutes at maximum speed.
- If you wish, you can add mint to your cocktail or ginger.
- Pour the drink into glasses or bottles. Drink 100 ml cocktail before and after sports.
