  1. Take a blender with a capacity of 2 liters. Pour milk into it, add fructose to taste (it is about 1.8 times sweeter than sugar) whisk for one minute.
  2. Add soy yogurt, ice cream and fruits to the mixture, mix everything for three minutes at maximum speed.
  3. If you wish, you can add mint to your cocktail or ginger.
  4. Pour the drink into glasses or bottles. Drink 100 ml cocktail before and after sports.
