This is a cool and delicious homemade dessert made without the use of ice cream. Let’s make it with figs.

  1. Pour water into the pan, add sugar and add the peel from orange or zest. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. We clean the figs and cut into pieces. Add to the syrup, cook a few more minutes and then beat with a hand blender. Sorbet with figs
  3. Pour our mixture into a container and use a blender again before putting the container in the freezer for 4 hours.
  4. Every half hour with a fork, we break the ice crystals, which formed on sorbet. Enjoy your meal!
