- We carefully remove the mackerel from the bones and finely chop it.
- We are engaged in slicing peppers, tomatoes and apples.
- Tear lettuce leaves and lay on a plate.
- We distribute prepared ingredients from above.
- Add the greens.
- Dressing: soft cottage cheese and any spices. I use Provencal herbs, black pepper and salt.
