Smoked Fried Sweet Potato

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the sweet potato in a large pot of cold water, add 2 Art. l salt and cook until it is softer but still strong, about 15 minutes. Drain and give a little cool off.

  5. Transfer to a dish and mix immediately with garlic oil and chopped parsley.
