Recipe preparation:
- Put the sweet potato in a large pot of cold water, add 2 Art. l salt and cook until it is softer but still strong, about 15 minutes. Drain and give a little cool off.
- Light the grill until hot.
- While the potatoes are cooling, heat in a small frying pan on grill grid 2 tbsp. l oils. Add garlic, thyme and cereal red pepper and fry until the garlic is soft, about 45 seconds. Then remove the pan from the grill.
- Cut each tuber in half, then cut each half vertically in 3-4 slices, depending on size a tuber. Lubricate the slices with the remaining 3 tbsp. l oil and salt. Grill until light golden brown and ready, about 6 minutes.
- Transfer to a dish and mix immediately with garlic oil and chopped parsley.
