- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 2 canned pickillo peppers
- 0.5 tsp spanish smoked paprika
- 1 zest zest
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Put mayonnaise, peppers, paprika and lime zest in a blender and mix until smooth. Salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet with a non-stick coating on moderately over high heat, fry in lots of chorizo until it is browned, about 1 minute on each side.
- Pour the sauce onto a plate and place the chorizo on top. Sprinkle cilantro and serve. Or pour some sauce on the dish and put on top slices of sausage with toothpicks inserted.
