- 1 loaf of white bread, cut into slices 12 mm thick. (12 slices)
- 6 tbsp. l (90 gr.) Salted butter, room temperature
- 180 gr. aged gruyere cheese
- 180 gr. aged cheddar cheese

Recipe preparation:
