Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr crab meat, fiberized
  • 10 strips of bacon
  • 18 small potato buns
  • 1/2 tbsp. plus 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Unsalted butter, melted, and some more for lubrication
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp seasoning for fish “Old Bay” (see recipe here)
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • Coarse salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon, grated
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Diced red onion, sliced tomato and leaves salad dressing
  • Served pickles (optional)

Recipes with similar ingredients: crab meat, buns for hamburger, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber salted, lemon zest, mustard, mayonnaise, eggs, seasoning for fish

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook the crab cutlets: 3 buns break into small pieces. Should get 3/4 tbsp. Put in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise, melted creamy butter, egg, Old Bay seasoning, Worcester sauce, mustard and 1/4 tsp. salt. Transfer the mixture with mayonnaise to bread crumbs and well mix. Set aside for 10 minutes. Then gently add crab meat. Grease a baking sheet with butter. From crab mix 15 small cutlets and put them on prepared pan. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or better all night long.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Put the bacon in one layer on a baking sheet with high edges and bake 20 minutes until golden crisp. Put the bacon on a plate, covered paper towels. Leave 1 tbsp. l melted fat. Each divide a slice of bacon into 3 parts, set aside. In a bowl mix the remaining 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise, lemon zest and left fat from bacon, salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven. Put the remaining 15 rolls on a baking sheet cut up, grease with butter and bake until golden colors. Put the crab cutlets in the oven and bake, turning baking sheet, if necessary, for 6 minutes until golden colors.
  4. Slicer rolls spread with lemon mayonnaise. Sprinkle chopped onions. Put crab cutlets on buns with tomatoes and bacon, put a lettuce on top. Serve slider burgers with pickles.
