  • 1 bunch of watercress

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut quince marmalade into 2.5 cm cubes and roll them into chopped almonds. Cut the cheese into 2.5 cm cubes.
  2. Put a quince marmalade cube on a skewer, then string watercress, and then a cube of cheese. Put on a plate and serve. Tip: Quince marmalade can be found in cheese stores or departments selling Latin American goods.
