Very gentle cream pate made from fish and seafood. This can be done not only on a weekday, but rather it will come to the festive table, like a snack, for tasty sandwiches.

  1. Add salmon, pepper and lightly fry over medium heat with both sides. At the same time, we put sprigs of thyme and rosemary on to the pan.
  2. Let the fish cool a little, transfer to a blender and grind to the state of mashed potatoes.
  3. Add mashed mascarpone, chopped dill and mix to uniformity.
  4. Fry the shrimp for 3 minutes.
  5. Cut the shrimp into pieces, leave a few pieces for decorations. Add shrimp, lemon juice and mix.
  6. Garnish with shrimp before serving. Enjoy your meal!
