- Add salmon, pepper and lightly fry over medium heat with both sides. At the same time, we put sprigs of thyme and rosemary on to the pan.
- Let the fish cool a little, transfer to a blender and grind to the state of mashed potatoes.
- Add mashed mascarpone, chopped dill and mix to uniformity.
- Fry the shrimp for 3 minutes.
- Cut the shrimp into pieces, leave a few pieces for decorations. Add shrimp, lemon juice and mix.
