  1. Boil rice (according to package instructions). Shrimp roll
  2. In a bowl, mix hot rice with two tbsp. l rice vinegar.
  3. In a bowl, dilute three tbsp. l rice vinegar in 200 ml of water.
  4. Cut the nori leaf in half.
  5. Wrap the sushi mat with cling film in several layers, put half a sheet of nori on it.
  6. Press firmly with your hands dipped in vinegar water and spread out. rice on a sheet of nori with a layer of about one cm.
  7. Turn the sheet of nori rice down. cream cheese, shrimp, strips of cucumber and start twisting the roll, squaring it.
  8. Roll ready-made rolls in sesame seed, cut into eight equal parts. Serve with ginger in a rose shape.
