Shrimp Jellied Turkey

What holiday in Russia does without jellied? Come on and we on Thanksgiving cook a traditional turkey for not quite traditional recipe! We will make a turkey fillet. So let’s get started:

Shrimp Jelly Turkey Recipe

Ingredients for aspic turkey with shrimp:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • four pickles
  • 6-7 boiled shrimp
  • six quail eggs
  • 100 grams olives 100
  • 20 g of gelatin (pack)
  • Lavrushechka, black peppercorns
  • greens for decoration and of course
  • Turkey (need about a kilogram with a bone)

You can cook jellied turkey with shrimp So:

We put our turkey in a saucepan, fill it with water (liter one and a half kilogram of meat), add the lavrushka, black pepper peas, and cook for 2 hours, constantly removing foam. About 30-40 minutes before the end of cooking add the peeled onion and carrot, salt.

Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell for 30 minutes. We filter the meat broth, add our swollen into it gelatin, mix. Boil quail eggs, clean and cut in half. Cut boiled turkey into beautiful small pieces. We cut olives and cucumbers into thin circles.

And now the process itself: take portioned round tins and lay out eggs, olives, shrimp and chopped turkey. Gently pour the broth with gelatin on top. Gently We put our filler in the refrigerator for solidification.

When serving, we turn the tins onto the main course and decorate with sprigs of greenery.
