In the USA, when a large company is going to shrimp, they are not accepted just boil and cook the boil (eng. boil – cooking). To make boil’s ingredients better filled with each other’s aromas, it is recommended to pour the broth into a mobile refrigerator and insist 10 – 15 minutes, since such a refrigerator keeps not only cold, но и тепло. - 360 ml. lager or light beer
- 2 lemons, cut in half
- 0.5 tbsp. condiments for seafood
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled
- A bunch of thyme (10 – 12 branches)
- 0.7 kg small finger potatoes
- 6 ears of corn, peeled and broken in half
- 500 gr. anduy sausages or any smoked pork sausage, cut into pieces of 5 cm.
- Chopped Parsley for Serving
- Special equipment: mobile refrigerator for 24 – 28 l
Spicy creamy sauce
- 110 gr. butter
- 2 tbsp. l hot sauce
- The juice of half a lemon

Recipe preparation:
- Boil the shrimp. Pour beer and 4 liters into a large pot. cold water. Squeeze lemon juice and mix everything. Add seasoning for seafood, garlic and thyme. Bring the mixture to boiling. Then throw potatoes in boiling broth and cook until half-prepared, about 6 to 7 minutes.
- Throw corn and sausages into a mobile refrigerator, pour potato broth and close the lid tightly. Leave on 10 minutes.
- Then add the shrimp to the broth and close the lid again. Leave on for another 10 to 12 minutes. Hot creamy sauce: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over time. Take off from the heat and stir in the oil hot sauce, lemon juice and 0.5 tsp. salt. Drain the refrigerator and serve shrimp and vegetables with spicy creamy sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
