- Prepare the right ingredients.
- Chop the garlic, herbs, bell pepper and onion finely chopped straws, and tomato cubes. It’s also advisable to add fresh cilantro, if there is such an opportunity.
- Heat the pan over medium heat and add the sunflower butter. Fry the onion until transparent.
- Add the bell pepper to the onion and fry for about 6 minutes.
- Add the butter to the vegetables, mix, then add tomato, soy sauce, garlic, herbs, spices – to taste. If not if there is enough salt, then salt. My soy sauce is salty enough therefore I do not add salt. Mix everything and fry until fully softening bell peppers (it should not crunch).
- Break the eggs into the pan, add fire and everything is fast mix. The scrambled eggs should be slightly moist, but not raw.
