  1. Prepare the right ingredients.
  2. Chop the garlic, herbs, bell pepper and onion finely chopped straws, and tomato cubes. It’s also advisable to add fresh cilantro, if there is such an opportunity.
  3. Heat the pan over medium heat and add the sunflower butter. Fry the onion until transparent.
  4. Add the bell pepper to the onion and fry for about 6 minutes.
  5. Add the butter to the vegetables, mix, then add tomato, soy sauce, garlic, herbs, spices – to taste. If not if there is enough salt, then salt. My soy sauce is salty enough therefore I do not add salt. Mix everything and fry until fully softening bell peppers (it should not crunch).
  6. Break the eggs into the pan, add fire and everything is fast mix. The scrambled eggs should be slightly moist, but not raw.
