Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr large scallops
- 250 gr thinly chopped bacon
- 1 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. hot chili paste
- 1 lime juice
- 2 tbsp. l chopped cilantro, plus a bit for decoration
- 2 heads of Boston salad, rinse the leaves
- 3 avocados, chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the deep fat fryer. Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and fasten it with a toothpick. Place the bacon-wrapped scallops on baking sheet, sprinkle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook them in a deep fat fryer for 10-15 minutes, until the bacon will not be cooked by turning over once.
- Make the sauce by combining mayonnaise, chili, lime juice and chopped cilantro. Mix well and cool in the refrigerator until serving.
