Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 700 gr large scallops
  • 250 gr thinly chopped bacon
  • 1 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Art. hot chili paste
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped cilantro, plus a bit for decoration
  • 2 heads of Boston salad, rinse the leaves
  • 3 avocados, chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the deep fat fryer. Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and fasten it with a toothpick. Place the bacon-wrapped scallops on baking sheet, sprinkle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook them in a deep fat fryer for 10-15 minutes, until the bacon will not be cooked by turning over once.
  2. Make the sauce by combining mayonnaise, chili, lime juice and chopped cilantro. Mix well and cool in the refrigerator until serving.
  3. For serving, put lettuce on a large dish. From above put on each sheet bacon-scallop, 2 slices avocado and a spoonful of sauce. Garnish with cilantro leaves. scallops wrapped in dried ham.
