Sausage balls

These meat balls are prepared very simply and quickly from the three main Ingredients: minced meat from raw sausages (kupat), flour and cheese. Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, cheese, milk, and egg. Add mix for pancakes and waffles, mix for onion soup and ground Red pepper. Mix well. Nip off the minced meat and form balls 2.5 cm in size. Lay them on lightly greased oil baking sheets at a distance of 4 cm from each other, and slightly sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 ° C until golden crust, turning the balls on the other side in the middle baking. Arrange with a baking sheet and serve.
