- 4 feathers of green onions (cut into small, about 3 centimeter, parts)
- 1 can (400-500 gr.) Of green chili or salsa sauce from tomatoillo (physalis vegetable)
- 2 tbsp. l shredded cilantro
- 500 gr. canned black beans
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 can (450 gr.) Smoked red peppers salsa jalapenos
- Juice and zest of one lime
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 cloves, chopped garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 jalapeno pepper, remove seeds and chop finely
- Salt
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- Spanish olives stuffed with pimento pepper, finely slice
- Chips (preferably two different flavors)

Recipe preparation:
- Heat fried beans in a small non-stick pan cover over medium heat and lightly season with hot sauce. After put the beans in a small, deep baking dish. Clean the pan from the residue after the beans and return to the stove.
- Pour olive oil into a pan and heat well. When the oil starts to boil, put the green onions and fry it 2-3 minutes. Then add green chilli and continue to fry. Add cilantro and spread on top of the beans, making another layer.
- Return the pan to the stove. Reduce the fire to medium and add black beans, warm a little and add cumin. Then put on chili peppers.
- Place the smoked jalapeno peppers on black beans. Sour cream mix with zest and lime juice and then lay on top on smoked peppers.
- Combine the flesh of avocado with garlic, lemon juice, jalapenos and salt to make guacamole sauce with large slices. Put the sauce on top of sour cream. Finish the last layer chopped tomatoes and olives.
