  1. Fry chopped onion in oil.
  2. Add chicken liver slices to the onion, salt and pepper, fry until cooked for about 15 minutes.
  3. Pure the chilled liver in a blender, then mix it with sour cream.
  4. Cut the pieces of toast bread into two parts and fry until goldenness in oil.
  5. For each piece of bread fried, spread the paste.
  6. Serve on a platter, garnished to taste.
