Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. finely grated ripe yellow cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. l chopped pepper cherries (Pimento)
- 2 tbsp. l finely grated onions
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 8 slices of white bread

Recipe preparation:
