Sandwiches with cheese and pimento pepper

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. finely grated ripe yellow cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. l chopped pepper cherries (Pimento)
  • 2 tbsp. l finely grated onions
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • 8 slices of white bread

Recipe preparation:
